May 2026 We had a service call this week by Verlon, one of the BHA technicians. He worked very efficiently to identify the issue and made the repair quickly. April 2026 Bloomington Heating & Air completed another installation for us this week. As with all the work they’ve done for us for the past 25+years we were extremely pleased with the process. Scott provided us with a detailed proposal at a competitive price and the system installation was completed by Ethan and Kade who were:
• Professional
• Customer service orientated
• Efficient
• Organized - worked well as a team
• Very pleasant to work with
• Respected our house (drop cloths etc)
• Did a thorough clean up at completion of job
We would recommend BHA for all residential heating/cooling installation and service work.

Great experience from the start to the finish. My 15 year old system stopped working on a holiday weekend. I filled out the online "Book online" link on their website, few hours later I get a call from the owner about my problem and reassured someone would be in contact early next business morning. Was offered emergency services at that time but I passed for the fact I had a portable ac unit to keep comfortable. Sure enough early morning, technician was out to inspect and ran test and a few new parts only to find out, better to replace AC unit than repair. I agreed and within hours I had an appraisal for a whole new system and they were able to install the next day. Very happy customer with Bloomington Heating & Air. It's nice when you invest money into your home that you know you are working with dependable, honest and great people that will be there for your future needs.

Very awesome guys, I went into things knowing it was bad from my first quotes but they really helped me out with my cooling system 40+ years old knowing it was best to let her rest then invest is my nearly antique! Highly recommend!!
