AC went out during a heat wave - a situation no one wants to be in. Called and got someone set to come out next day, which was so great! BUT THEN, they call back later in the day to ask if I had a availability for them to come out same day instead of next day and I was so excited!! From there they sent me a text with the name and picture of who my technician would be and it was such a nice added touch of comfort and safety when having a stranger in your home as a woman. The technician was also phenomenal, he was so nice, thoughtful and thorough. As a first time home owner I was always afraid for these exact scenarios but I feel so at ease after working Bloomington Heat and Air. I will unfortunately be replacing my AC unit in the fall but happy to know that I know just the people to call to get the job done!

You guys are always so great to work with!! Even during the hottest time of the year when we had our last issue you were able to get us in and even got to us earlier that expected.

I would highly recommend Bloomington Heating and Air. Both technicians (Cody and Verlan) were extremely professional and thorough. They spent time to explain everything we needed to know about our heating and air units. The business is also very responsive and excellent with communication. Their professional service goes along way!

The two techs that installed my HVAC did a great job. They came first thing In the Morning(8:15) and we're very polite. They worked throughout the day and finished with a walk thru at 5:30! They always stoped their work to answer any questions I had during the day. Great crew.
