We have used Bloomington Heating & Air for our HVAC needs for years. The service is always excellent. Today, Cody was the service technician. He effectively communicated throughout the process, arrived as scheduled, and was very professional. He shared the furnace performance numbers compared to prior years, which indicated the system was working properly. The maintenance service gives us confidence in the unit before winter. Thanks to Scott and Luke for providing fantastic service over the years…and again today.

Cody was great. Identified the issue, fixed it, and helped walk me through everything.
Ethan and a helper came over to remove my furnace so that the sewer line below it could be excavated and repaired. Ethan was friendly and attentive to my requests. And most importantly, he knew exactly what he was doing. Having skilled technicians with a lot of experience is the best. They will be installing my new high efficiency furnace soon. Kevin and two others installed my new Carrier 92% high efficiency furnace with Aprilaire humidifier. Attentive to my request, they installed new panning for my return air ducts, which they reinstalled. They thoroughly answered my questions and ensured the furnace fan would run slowly in the background even when it was not heating, to ensure the air stays well mixed, no cold or hot spots. To do this they had to replace the wiring to my thermostat upstairs. Complete and friendly service. They even cleaned up the mess before they left. Impressive!
Technician Verlon was on schedule, examined our furnace and thermostat. No problems he can see. Answered a couple of questions about our AC unit. Nice guy. Glad I chose BH&A. No worries with the maintenance program.
