Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Job Duties

  • Maintain BH&A’s standard of excellence and integrity in all elements of daily work
  • Engage with customers professionally, warmly, and positively when answering inbound and making outbound calls
  • Utilize customer service and organization skills to schedule appointments strategically and efficiently
  • Serve as first point of contact for customer questions and concerns
  • Assist with miscellaneous office duties as necessary

Maintenance Technician

Job Description

  • Job type: Full time
  • Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 /hour
  • Minimum level of education required: high school diploma/GED
  • Competitive compensation
  • Regular schedule Monday-Friday

Job Duties

  • Inspect residential HVAC systems 
  • Complete inspection reports
  • Communicate with customers and office
  • Make helpful suggestions to homeowners
  • Complete repairs where possible

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years mechanical experience
  • Strong work ethic
  • Dynamic Interpersonal skills
  • Desire for learning and continuous improvement
  • Solution seeker/problem solver
  • Clean driving record — valid driver's license
  • Pass a drug test and a background check
